Please read the following carefully. Your use of this site and purchase of the products (“Products”) on it means that you agree to these terms and conditions (“Terms”).
The consumer is responsible for determining the suitability of products for their individual needs and accepts all responsibility by purchasing and using them. We Handfree Safety Strap do not accept any liability or responsibility for your pet in any circumstance.
Shopping And Delivery
When you place an Order for a Product (“Order”) you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms.
When you place your Order online we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your Order details. If the details of the Order are correct, this email will be deemed an acceptance and will specify delivery details and confirm the price of the Products purchased.
When possible, we will aim to despatch your order within 1-2 days. If this is not possible you will be notified by email.
For UK buyers your order is posted Royal Mail First Class or with a 1-2 day courier. If you haven’t received it within 7 working days of receiving the despatch notification email please get in touch.
For overseas buyers your order is posted Airmail. If you haven’t received it within 2 weeks of receiving the despatch notification email please get in touch. (For some countries outside of the EU delivery can take 3 weeks or longer).
The Handfree Safety Strap Shop may cancel any sale and not supply Products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of Products at any time at its sole discretion. If an Order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
All new Orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.
The price for each Product is shown on the site shop.
We always try to make sure that the prices on our site are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the Products in your Order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us with. We will then give you the option of reconfirming your Order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the Order as cancelled). If an Order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full.
You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your credit card details, based on the delivery options you choose. Our preferred way of postage will be with Royal Mail and Recorded sent 1st class.
Prices are quoted on this site are in Sterling – outside the United Kingdom your credit card company should exchange the amount charged to the currency of your country at the current rate. Please note that both charges and refunds are in £ and The Shop cannot be held responsible for any loss due to exchange rate fluctuations.
You must pay for your Order before it is delivered and you can do so by credit card or PAYPAL.
All card payments are securely processed through STRIPE. If you have a PayPaL account click on Yellow PayPal Check out button on the page. We never see your card details or pass on your details to third parties. Please also look at the page ‘How to Pay & Shipping Costs’.
It is your responsibility to make sure that your delivery address and the address held by PayPal is correct.
Responsibility and Refunds

We Handfree Safety Strap do not accept any liability or responsibility for You or your pet in any circumstance, even in the case of the Safety Strap malfunctioning.
A lot of pets chew their collar or lead so please check for damage and normal wear and tear regularly – your pet’s safety is your sole responsibility.
If, for whatever reason you wish to return your item please do so within 14 days of receiving it. The item must be unused and in the original packaging. Postage refunds will not be given.
If, in the unlikely event the item is damaged or faulty please contact us within 48 hours to arrange for a refund or replacement.
